This is the fifth rug you have cleaned for me...and while we are leaving it rolled up for now due to visiting (and destructive) cats, I have every confidence that you did your usual wonderful job. You are my go to rug and upholstery people. You respond so quickly to my emails, are always, always punctual and extremely courteous.Your work is consistently excellent.
